First of all, the matter of Healthy and Slim body has always been interesting to me as well as of family relationships. By the way, for women, matters of relationships and weight loss are often closely connected. I think you noticed it yourself.

Everything that happens to us is the result of our actions, and our actions are the result of our thoughts. So, to change your life, you need to change your way of thinking.
But what if you teach an overweight person to think and act like a slim one?

I love people, love to study people lives and create something that can help them to be happier. I have a wonderful little daughter and an incredible caring husband who is also an expert in the field of human behavior and thought process, and who helps me a lot in developing my project. How I Lost Weight Using My Method
Not so long ago, I was faced with the problem of excess weight, after I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I was losing my weight when my daughter was 2 months old, and after that, I continued to breastfeed her until she turned one.
My Family
I have a wonderful husband and daughter Ilana, who we bring up together. We live separately from our parents, but we try to visit them a few times a year, because it is important for us to maintain relationships despite the distances.

Good day. My goal is to lose 15 kg. I lost 2 kg in a week and that's okay with me, I'm in no rush. Apparently I just needed this kind of push. Just within a week I completely overhauled my diet.
